How long does it take to receive my order?
As all of our MOC models are handmade and made-to-order, the production time can be a bit longer than typical mass-produced items.
Please allow 15–25 business days for processing, plus shipping time depending on your location. We truly appreciate your patience — every model is crafted with care just for you!
What is your return and exchange policy?
As all of our MOC models are handmade and made-to-order, we accept returns if your item is defective or significantly different from what was represented on our website.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your item.
As our products are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns for other reasons.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
